I got a message from my cousin Matt yesterday asking me to take a look at his back squat. He wanted to know my opinion about how deep he was going and if his “knee wiggle” was OK.
He looked pretty good but I had a few suggestions for improvement. In fact, I think many people can get great results by making the same two tweaks, so I figured I’d share this movement audit with you today.
