A few weeks ago, I got an e-mail from Diane Stockwell, a fellow subscriber; such as yourself. She asked me what she could do for some neck pain she was experiencing, particularly when she was on the computer.
I thought I’d throw a quick little video together discussing some tips for you on the subject, and then a little video turned into a 10 minute video, plus links to a few other videos for exercise demonstrations.
Once I got into the subject I realized there’s quite a few things wrong with most people’s posture when they sit at the computer. I’m thinking I might even need to write an e-book on the subject.
