My little brother, Daniel, came by to stay with me this weekend. In addition to spending some quality “catch up” time while inhaling dead flesh, we decided to check out a new gym in the area and deadlift together.
Daniel regularly pulls 405+ off the floor and moves well, but he wanted a scrutinizing eye. So we busted out the video camera and did a movement audit.
The suggestions I gave him were something many of us need to be reminded of, so I decided to share this with you.
